Kathy Gelin (10) 2/18/11 Lancaster, PA

LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA —
Lancaster City Police are trying to locate a missing 10-year-old girl. Kathy Gelin, 10, has not been seen by her family since she left for school Friday morning around 8 AM.

Gelin lives in the 400 block of Green Street and attends Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary school.

Police have contacted the School Resource officers and learned that Gelin was in school on Friday and was last seen by school officials around 3:30pm.

At this point there are no suggestions of foul play. Police are currently contacting all of Gelin's friends in a hope that she went home with one after school yesterday.

LANCASTER CITY —
A 10 year old girl that was reported missing out of Lancaster City is safe and is now back with her family.

On Sunday, police found Gelin safe and attending a church service with her friend.

The girl was unaware that police, staff from the School District of Lancaster and the Middle Creek Search and Rescue team were looking for her.

Investigators tell FOX43 News that Gelin was reunited with her family this afternoon.
